We deliver products purchased through the online store worldwide,  to all places where delivery is possible by the courier service DHL.

Podrum Krneta reserves the right to conclude a contract with various courier and delivery services on the condition that the quality of the delivery service remains identical and meets the usual standards.


Delivery time

From the moment you receive the transaction confirmation via your email address, your goods will be delivered as soon as possible.

The delivery service is not performed on Sundays and holidays, as well as on other non-working days.

In order for the delivery to be successful, we ask that the person that needs to receive the shipment be at the specified address during that period. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, he calls you on the phone number specified when creating the order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to the premises of the Podrum Krneta . Upon receipt shipment, we will contact you in order to establish the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.

During the delivery, it is very important that the person receiving the shipment has a valid identity card for inspection and is over 18 years old. If this is not the case, the shipment will be returned to the Podrum Krneta premises.

The Customer’s responsibilities are:

  • It is necessary to ensure that an adult is present when picking up the product at the delivery address specified in the order.
  • During delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and whether the correct number of packages has been delivered. After the delivery, the Buyer is obliged to sign the confirmation of receipt (delivery note) which confirms: (1) that the order has been delivered, (2) the number of packages delivered and (3) that the products have been delivered without visible damage to the packaging, as well as whether is satisfied with the service received.

If the Buyer refuses to sign the confirmation of receipt (delivery note), it will be considered rejected.

When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage or breakage on it, you should not accept the shipment. In that case, please call us immediately at +381 63 500 267 or send an email with your personal data and an explanation, as to why you,  did not receive the package, to, and we will direct you to the next procedure.

If, for any reason, the Buyer was not available at the agreed delivery time at the delivery address or at the phone number he left, Podrum Krneta does not assume responsibility for failure to meet the agreed delivery time.
